1. First, you will need to prepare a detailed business plan.

2. You will also need to obtain a startup visa as a foreign national.

3. You need to secure a physical space for your office.

4. You will then need to prepare Articles of Incorporation, which will need to be notarised.

5. Register your company with the Legal Affairs Bureau.

6. You will need to pay a registration tax, which is 0.7% of the initial capital of JPY 60,000 for a Godo-Kaisha (GK) and JPY 150,000 for a Kabushiki-Kaisha (KK).
